How does Pour work?

Pour uses AI to read your restaurant's wine list — either from a photo or typed text — and match it against your dish. It thinks about the weight, acidity, spice and richness of your food, then picks the wine that works best. It also flags what to avoid and always suggests the smartest value option on the list.
